  1. Can I use 2 pairs of wireless headphones at the same time?
    If you use a Q-Home, Concert or Cinema series wireless headphone you can have unlimited headsets. The Q-Bean and Q-Bass series wireless headphones are only 1 to 1 so they can only support one headset

  2. Can i use my headphones with my portable mp3 player?
    In most cases the answer is yes. We provide and adaptor that should fit most portable devices (ie. mp3/cd player etc..) but you will only receive stereo sound NOT 5.1 surround sound.

  3. How long does it take to return my product?
    Most cases a fully tested replacement is shipped back to you the same day as it is received.

  4. I have a defective product I need to return, how do I do this?
    Once you have tried all the troubleshooting steps in our FAQs and you are possitive the unit is defective, just fill out the online form http://www.listentobelieve.com/supportform.html once we receive it we will email you an RMA# and give you instructons on how to return the product. Please do not use this form for asking questions they will be automaticly deleted.

  6. I sent an email and i didnt get a response yet.
    Alot of things could have happened. Here are the most common reasons. Bad return address, we get hundreds of mistyped return addresses that bounce back to us. Spam filters, your message may have been sent to our junk mail by mistake, we try to look though all the filtered messages but we may miss a few real emails, its best if you just send a plain text message (no html) to avoid being filtered. You may have a spam filter which deleted our return message. If you dont get a responce in a few days try sending another in plain text with the correct return address and we would be more then happy to help you.

  7. I would like to return these headphones for credit can i do this with you?
    Only if they were puchased through our website if you puchased them from CompUSA Tiger Direct Newegg Ebay etc.. you need to contact them about thier return policy. If we did not sell it to you we cannot give anyone credit for any reason.

    We are here Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm EST. Our websites are 24 hours 7 days a week. Any emails received after hours will be answered the next business day.

  9. What is the difference between your headphones and other headphones?
    Most other headphones on the market are only stereo, meaning they only have 2 speaker sound. Our headphones work in 5.1 surround sound using our patented 6 speaker design in every pair of headphones giving you true theater sound. When watching a dvd movie or playing a game the sound surrounds you like no other headphones. You can hear sounds comming from all directions, other stereo headphones cannot do this. You just have to try them to hear for yourself.

    We offer a full 1 year warranty against manufactured defects. Any physical damage or alterations will void the warranty.

  11. Who pays for return shipping?
    We do not charge anything to ship an item back to you, but you must pay any shipping charges when you return an item back to us. No exceptions.

  12. Windows Vista issues/Updates with USB Audio
